Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on KriRam or using any part of the KriRam platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including workspace owners, administrators, editors, and viewers. If you are using KriRam on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

KriRam is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for creating, managing, and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Service includes:

• SOP creation and editing with multi-step procedures, checklist items, and categorization
• SOP execution tracking with step-by-step completion, timestamps, and notes
• Version history for published SOPs (available on Individual Pro and Team plans)
• Workspace management for organizing SOPs into separate workspaces
• AI-powered Text-to-SOP conversion that transforms unstructured text into structured SOPs (available on Individual Pro and Team plans)
• Team collaboration with role-based access control (available on Team plan)
• Full-text search within workspace scope

3. Account Terms

To use KriRam, you must create an account through our authentication provider, Supabase. You are required to provide a valid email address. Providing your full name is optional.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. KriRam uses JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authentication. You must not share your authentication tokens or allow unauthorized access to your account.

You may not use the Service if you are under 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Each account is personal to you. You may not create accounts for automated systems or allow multiple individuals to share a single account. If you need multiple people to access SOPs, use the Team plan with individual accounts for each member.

4. Plans and Billing

KriRam offers three plan tiers:

Pricing is available in multiple currencies. Your billing currency is determined by your country preference. All paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Subscriptions are billed either monthly or yearly, depending on your selection at checkout.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your workspace reverts to the Free plan limits. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Plan changes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create on KriRam, including SOPs, steps, checklist items, execution notes, tags, and any text input provided to the AI Text-to-SOP feature. KriRam does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By uploading or creating content on KriRam, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This license terminates when your content is deleted from our systems.

You may delete individual SOPs at any time. When you delete a SOP, all associated data is permanently removed, including steps, tags, versions, and execution history. This deletion is irreversible.

KriRam does not currently offer a data export or bulk download feature. We may add this capability in a future release.

KriRam does not currently offer self-service account deletion. If you wish to have your account removed, please contact us at support@light2glow.com.

6. AI-Powered Features

KriRam offers an AI Text-to-SOP feature that converts unstructured text into structured Standard Operating Procedures. This feature is available exclusively to Individual Pro and Team plan subscribers.

When you use the AI Text-to-SOP feature, the text you provide (up to 15,000 characters) is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. The AI generates a structured SOP with a title, purpose, category, frequency, and sequential steps.

By using this feature, you acknowledge that your input text is transmitted to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We recommend that you do not include sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential data in AI text inputs.

We log metadata about each AI request, including your user ID, workspace ID, the AI provider used, input and output character lengths, and estimated processing cost. We do not store the full text of your input or the AI-generated output in the audit log.

AI-generated SOPs are suggestions only. The AI may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated SOPs before publishing or executing them. KriRam makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KriRam to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, workspaces, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the AI feature to generate content that violates OpenAI's usage policies
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably determine that you have violated these terms.

8. Service Availability

KriRam is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security patches. When possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud Platform (for API hosting), Supabase (for authentication), Stripe (for billing), and OpenAI (for AI features). Outages at these providers may affect KriRam's availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and allow users to retrieve their data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KriRam and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to KriRam in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

You may stop using KriRam at any time. You may cancel your paid subscription through the billing management portal powered by Stripe.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately (or at the end of your billing period if you initiated the cancellation). We are not obligated to retain your content after termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the email address associated with your account or through a notice within the application.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
